Mondo was founded in 1948 as a producer of balls for one of the most commonly played sports in the Italian Piedmont: “il palla-pugno”.
More than 60 years of innovations, ideas and patents have converted Mondo into an international group made up of more than 30 companies spread out over Europe, America and Asia. It has more than 1500 employees and 13 production centres and it sells all its products in at least 196 countries.
Better known for the manufacture of sports equipment and flooring, Mondo was selected as the official supplier of the last 11 Olympic Games, from Montréal 1976 to Rio 2016.
